A lace front has lace along the hairline (usually ear to ear), so you can part within that zone and blend baby hairs. A closure wig uses a smaller lace or silk panel (often 4×4 or 5×5) at the crown/part — great for a fixed part with less lace to melt. A 360 lace wig has lace around the full perimeter, so you can pull hair up, style high ponytails, and part more freely. Choose lace front for everyday hairline realism, closure for simpler installs and value, and 360 when you want maximum styling versatility.

Density is how full the hair looks. Around 150% is lighter and more natural for everyday wear; 180% is a popular full look; 200%+ is very thick and glamorous. Higher density looks denser at the roots and can feel heavier — if you want an undetectable hairline, many women prefer 150–180% with a well-plucked front.

Length is measured from the crown (top of the head) to the ends when the hair is straightened. Shoulder length often sits around 12–14 inches; mid-back around 16–20 inches; longer lengths need more care to avoid tangling. Pick the length that suits how you style day-to-day — longer units are stunning but need more detangling and moisture.

Most of our units use an average/adjustable cap with straps and combs so you can tighten or loosen the fit. If you have a smaller or larger head, use the adjustable straps first. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your head circumference (around the hairline) and we will help you choose.

HD (high-definition) lace is thinner and more sheer than standard lace, so it blends more easily into a wider range of skin tones when melted correctly. It still needs a good tint match, careful plucking, and proper install — the lace does the blending work, not magic. Handle HD lace gently; it tears more easily than thicker lace.

Yes. Many first-time wearers start with a glueless or lightly secured install: braid or cornrow your hair flat, apply a wig cap, place the wig, adjust the straps, and secure with combs. Lace fronts and 360s look best when the lace is trimmed and the hairline is blended — take your time, watch a few install tutorials, and practice before a big event. If you prefer, a stylist can do the first melt for you.

Human hair wigs can usually take heat styling with a heat protectant; keep tools at or below about 160°C and avoid repeated high heat on the same section. Colouring and bleaching are permanent changes — they can dry the hair and void returns. If you colour, use a professional experienced with wigs and deep-condition afterward. Synthetic fibres should not be heat-styled or coloured.

Detangle first from ends to roots. Wash every 1–2 weeks or every 10–15 wears with lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo in downward strokes — do not scrub in circles or soak the lace for long. Condition mid-lengths to ends (keep product off the lace), rinse cool, blot with a microfiber towel, and air dry on a stand. Full step-by-step tips are on our Wig Care Guide.

With gentle wear and proper care, a quality human hair lace wig often lasts several months to a year or more, depending on how often you wear it, heat use, washing, and storage. Sleeping in a satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase, storing on a stand, and avoiding daily high heat all extend its life. A wig is an investment — care is what keeps the crown looking fresh.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Unused wigs in original packaging may be returned. Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or coloured cannot be returned — hair is a personal care product once it has been used or altered. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number to start a return. Full details are on our Returns page.

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless a product page states otherwise. Available payment options appear at checkout when configured. We never store your full card number on our site.

When your order ships, we send tracking details to the email (and phone, where available) you used at checkout. Use that tracking number on the courier’s site to see progress. If you have not received tracking a few business days after payment, contact us with your order number.
